Project Luna, Boarding House - Frenchs Forest

Starting in 2022, Project Luna is a 13 room boarding house development on an R2 zoned residential property in Sydney's Northern Beaches. Gravity Projects has been involved from the very beginning in assisting our client to obtain an unconditional DA approval direct from Northern Beaches Council, without having to go to Land Environment Court. Through smart Architectural design, the need for basement parking and construction has been avoided, saving significant costs which would have rendered the project unfeasible for development. Despite the constraints around Covid and ever increasing costs in the construction industry and supply chain, we are confident with the network of consultants, contractors and suppliers we have that we can deliver the project within the clients time frame and budget.
