Project Density - Killarney Heights, New Home Build

One of our first projects, Project Density involved the management of building this large free standing home in a high end suburb of the Northern Beaches. Equipped with a grand staircase for a significant wow factor, the home boasted beautifully landscaped yards including large entertainment area. Our work also included the design and construction of the spa deck area which had to be strengthened to take the high dead loads imposed. We are happy to know that the owner has since sold the property for a great price.
