Project Management Services
For some projects, clients may already have a builder engaged or wish to engage sub-contract trades directly. Others themselves may be capable themselves to carry out building work, but they are either unlicenced or time-poor.

Particularly, clients who have on-going experience conducting their own developments who are either unable to continue overseeing the project, or who have come to realise that the building industry has evolved, which requires more administration, quality control and risk management than ever before.
We therefore have found ourselves being asked to carry out Project Management Services. You can think of this as like being your 'eyes and ears'. We manage the building design, status programmes, identify defects, resolve disputes, highlight and mitigate high risk activities, monitor and forecast costs, obtain CC & OC and more. We effectively enable you to step off the project.

Design & Programming Services
With the complexity and detail demanded of new-age building, design and engineering is becoming more essential. As a result of unique designs, material changes, regulation amendments, code updates and market expectations, standard building techniques are changing and it requires a network of consultants to manage the compliance of a project.

Often our clients find that they don't have time to workshop designs and details with various designers, nor do they have the right contacts at times to do so. Many clients don't place enough emphasis on good design and programming, particularly since it is a feature of Tier 1 construction companies. Regularly we find issues on site that could have been avoided through the use of appropriate design coordination, which more often than not would have been cheaper than rectification or repair of mistakes during the build. Good developers are starting to understand this.
