ABOUT US
Shane is the Founder of Gravity Projects, and has worked in the building industry since 2008, initially completing renovation projects with his family. He went on to complete a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property Economics Degree at University of New South Wales, majoring in Property Development and graduating with Class 1 Honours within the top 1% of the entire built environment faculty.
Shane has systematically worked his way up and through the Sydney construction industry to build a wealth of experience and knowledge from a range of builders, tiers, sizes and classifications. His background includes developer builders like Atlas and Deicorp and also includes accredited contract builders such as Kane, Hindmarsh, Parkview and Patterson.
Since 2008, Shane has built over 4,500 residential apartments in addition to other mixed use facilities, from $25M public schools to $50M aged care facilities to 500 unit apartment blocks to a $250M Town Centre. He has worked as a Building Estimator, a Contracts Administrator, a Project Manager and most significantly, his passion as a Senior Project Engineer, focusing on design, quality and programming.
Shane is striving to be the change that the modern day residential construction industry needs and demands. By placing emphasis on technological tools including CAD software, high-powered PDF programs, gantt programming, cloud based document management, dedicated defect software and BIM coordination, Shane has brought Gravity Projects to the cutting edge of low-rise building by incorporating these tools being adopted by large scale organisations.
The tech is however, but one part of the equation. The other is attitude. As a Baha'i, Shane has been dedicated to the material and spiritual progress of his community and spent 2.5 years of full time voluntary service to these endeavours. Most notably, spending time providing moral and ethical education to Junior Youth. Imbued with the importance of these attributes and virtues, Shane feels obliged to redefine the perception people have of builders.
Transparency, trustworthiness and reliability are thus the foundations of Gravity Projects.

This Revesby Heights makeover involved a complete interior upgrade of a large duplex in a tight time frame.
The home owner engaged Gravity Projects to bring aesthetic life to this dated duplex immediately after purchasing the property. 42 days later on settlement day, we received the keys and work commenced aggressively. The home owners move in date had been set at 6 weeks post-settlement and there was no time to spare to get it ready for their occupation.
A full new kitchen, minibar, laundry and butlers pantry was designed and installed using the clients preferences and taste. A double oven was added, integrated rangehood, 6 burner gas cooktop, bar fridge, zip unit provisions and much more. We think the results speak for themselves!
